Gone Fishing Mural Acrylic Painting. ARTchitecture Series. A painting of a river scene on the front face of a historic brick armory building - a relic of the cold war. The mural theme is inspired by the science and ecology and life within the Dan River in North Carolina. Beautiful fish include the rainbow trout and the big mouth bass. Freshwater mussels, tiny fish, and river rocks line the bottom. The streetscape and the imposing face of this building are made friendly by this beautiful and serene river scene, turning it into an under water paradise.
Hand painted in acrylics on a 24x48x1" gallery wrapped canvas, varnished. Professional wire hanger. Signed by the artist.
